Order tracking allows customers to follow their orders step by step from the shipping facility to their doorstep, with expected time of arrival at every step. Customs

While the vast majority of e-commerce packages are not held by customs authorities, it is possible that some countries require customs clearance for high value packages. In this case a notification is sent by the local authorities to the recipient in order to start a customs clearance procedure which takes a few hours at most.
