Customs

While the vast majority of e-commerce packages are not held by customs authorities, it is possible that some countries require customs clearance for high value packages. In this case a notification is sent by the local authorities to the recipient in order to start a customs clearance procedure which takes a few hours at most.

Despite all the care we bring to the selection of our products, we understand that some products may not always match our customers’ expectations. • The returned product must have all original packaging and accessories intact.
• The returned product must not show any sign of alteration or tampering.
