Customs

While the vast majority of e-commerce packages are not held by customs authorities, it is possible that some countries require customs clearance for high value packages. In this case a notification is sent by the local authorities to the recipient in order to start a customs clearance procedure which takes a few hours at most.

This is why we made returns as easy and seamless as possible. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund. • The returned product must have all original packaging and accessories intact.
• The returned product must not show any sign of alteration or tampering.
